The Village, also known as ‘Vale da Quinta’ is located on the Vale do Lobo road to Almancil. 

Is The Village a resort?

No, The Village is classified as an 'urbanisation' which means a non-gated resort with public access roads. There are no on-site services such as mini-markets, communal sports areas etc.

How many properties are there in The Village?

There are approximately 56 standalone villas and 23 linked villas in The Village. 

What’s the price range for properties in The Village?

Do I need to pay a condominium charge?

No, there is no condominium charge in The Village. Each owner pays for their own services e.g. security, pool, garden, villa manager and pays water charges to InfraLobo.
